Virtual Styling Services

What is Virtual Styling?

Virtual styling is a personalised service where I create curated outfit edits for you digitally — based on your lifestyle, shape, preferences, and goals. Everything is done online, and your lookbook is delivered via email with shoppable links and styling notes. Your lookbook is yours to keep and revisit anytime.

How do I get started?

Simply complete the style questionnaire with as much detail as possible. You’ll then receive a confirmation and next steps via email. Get started here.

Can I update my form after submitting it?

Of course. If your size, preferences, or plans change, just email me and I’ll update your edit before it's started.

Can I request a service for a future date?

Yes, you can request a future delivery window when booking — ideal for events, travel, or seasonal planning.

Can I use items I already own?

Yes, all edits include ways to style pieces you already have, or mix new and existing items. You can share what you’d like to include when filling out the style form.

Do I have to buy everything suggested?

Not at all. Your edit is designed to give you versatile outfit options. You can shop what you love, save pieces for later, or use the styling ideas to rework what you already have. However I always recommend browsing the links sooner rather than later, as sizing and availability can change quickly.

Are clothing costs included?

The fee covers the styling service only. All edits include shoppable links, but items are purchased separately at your discretion.

Are the services international?

Yes, I work with clients worldwide thanks to the fully virtual format. Your edit is tailored to your location, preferred retailers, and local currency.

Booking & Process

Is a call required before booking?

A call isn't required to book. Most clients begin with the style questionnaire, however if you’d like to discuss your goals first, you’re welcome to book a complimentary discovery call before committing here.

How long does it take to receive my Edit?

Turnaround times vary depending on your chosen service.

Optional add-ons such as faster turnaround are available (subject to availability).

Do you offer support?

Yes 1-1 support via WhatsApp or Email is available to you throughout the process. If something doesn’t fit, sells out, or doesn’t feel right, I’ll help adjust your edit or suggest alternatives.

Service Suitability

Do I need to pre-book?

I work with a limited number of clients to ensure each edit is truly personalised. Booking in advance is recommended — especially during busy periods.

Do you offer styling for men, couples or families?

Yes, any of my edits can be tailored to your needs. Get in touch for a custom quote.

Payments & Refunds

How do I make payment?

Once you've submitted your style form, I’ll review your request and send a secure payment link via email. Your booking is confirmed once payment is received.

Can I gift a Style Edit to someone else?

Yes — gift cards and custom styling packages are available upon request. Contact me here.

Can I get a refund?

Because each edit is personalised, I can’t offer refunds once I’ve started work. If anything doesn’t feel quite right, your service includes feedback/aftercare and I’ll work with you to get it spot on.
